The Perito Moreno Glacier, located at the Los Glaciares National Park in Argentina, is a massive 97 square mile (250 km²) ice formation and boasts a 19 mile (30 km) length. It is one of three Patagonian glaciers that is not retreating, it’s the world’s third largest reserve of fresh water and, due to its size and accessibility, is a major draw for tourists to southern Patagonia.
